With the increased pace and challenges of modern life, stress has become a regular part of many people's lives. According to research reports 40-50% of people are now facing stress problems, from work stress to personal life stress, people often feel anxious, tense and exhausted. Not only can this negatively impact an individual's physical and mental health, it can also affect their life satisfaction and job performance.
A versatile IoT product that can be used both at home and at work, and that can help individuals relax even when they're working by detecting their body data and providing them with appropriate relaxation methods. When users are in need of relaxation, they can also engage with the product.


Exploratory Research
I conducted a secondary research, which helped me build a comprehensive understanding of current market trends, competitors' products, and user behavior.

User survey
The user survey conducted after secondary research can help me validate the design assumption about target users and provide better insight into user behaviors and preferences. It can also help to discover the problems and challenges that users may encounter when using the product.

I conducted interviews with several groups of people to examine the needs of my user group in order to gain a deeper understanding of their needs. To gain a deeper understanding, I also spoke with specialists in the field of human psychology.

The product consists of a body and a bracelet part. In the daily use of the user, the user will wear the bracelet, and when the user wants to rest, he can choose to use the micro-current massage method of the bracelet part or the user only needs to transmit the data back to the base station through Bluetooth for analysis. When the base station analyzes the data, the base station plays music or aromatherapy functions based on the analysis content.

In the case of the product's function discovery is not yet very perfect, the next step I will go to discover more functions of this product. I will put the product into use and conduct user tests to find out the shortcomings of the product and correct them.
